What is the place of robotic surgery in the treatment of sleep apnea?

If the tongue root is to be intervened in the surgical treatment of sleep apnea, robotic surgery is one of the methods. However, the majority of sleep apnea patients can be treated with surgical interventions at the palate level. Only 15-20% of sleep apnea patients need tongue root surgery. Therefore, my personal preference is not to do all surgeries together. In the surgical treatment of sleep apnea, firstly, surgical application to the palate level; I recommend performing tongue root surgery in patients whose disease has not healed sufficiently.
